PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:

If you have any problem with your order contact us at anthemexclusives@gmail.com. We know first hand how frustrating it is when something goes wrong with an order, that’s why we will do our best to solve any possible issue that may arise.

Once order payment is received we will make our best to process and dispatch it within the following 24-48 hours. Please be aware that we operate during normal business hours.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Be advised that if you place an order that contains any pre-order item (an item that is not yet available but that will be in the future) we will ship the full order once all pre-order items are available. Be advised also that due to manufacturing delays at the pressing plants, the availability date appearing on our website is not to be considered final and could be changed at any time.

If you do not wish to wait for all items to be available, we suggest to place 2 different orders, one with only available items that will be shipped right away, and one with pre-order items.

Local Pick-up.

You can pick-up your order from us via appointment. TO do this, reach out via anthemexclusives@gmail.com with your order number and the phrase “Pickup Request” in the subject line, your contact details, and best times of availability and we will reply with the best time/day on our end.

Shipping methods:

We ship using the following shipping services:

USPS Media Mail

Available in the 50 continental USA states. We offer this service for a flat fee of $7, with tracking included. Service does not include any insurance, registration, or additional services.

USPS Priority Mail

 Service provided upon request. We will get back to you with a shipping total for Priority service and send you a separate PayPal request for those costs.

USPS international Expedited

Service provided upon request. please request a quote via anthemexclusives@gmail.com along with the list if items you would like to purchase so we can weight and estimate the cost of service.

UPS Standard

This is currently the most economic surface service for Canada, and commonly is priced better that USPS for international expedited. As stated above, request a shipping quote

Shipping charges for domestic flat rate purchases will be calculated and added at checkout. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and in the order checkout page.
