The present Terms and Conditions govern the sales by Anthem Records of all the products on sale on www.anthemrecordsinc.com.

These general terms and conditions may be changed or amended without prior notice and in particular consideration of possible legislative changes. The new general conditions of sale apply from their date of publication on www.anthemrecordsinc.com.

PRICE

1.1 – Unless stated otherwise, all prices of our products are indicated in US Dollar ($) and sold sales-tax free, as Oregon is exempt from sales tax, and Anthem Records operates below the threshold for reporting in the 45 states in the union who do collect sales tax.

1.2 – For orders to countries other than the USA you are the importer of the concerned products. For all products shipped outside the USA the price on the invoice will be automatically calculated excluding any destination duty. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may apply. These duties are not responsibility of www.anthemrecordsinc.com. They will be your responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and governing bodies in your country.

1.3 – All orders must be paid in US Dollar (€).

1.4 – www.anthemrecordsinc.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of reception of the order, and will be subject to availability.

ORDER

At the first order, the user must create their online account with these personal details and keep updated. The contract is considered engaged when ANTHEM RECORDS receives, electronically, the order form, once verified the accuracy of the order data. Prior to purchasing any products by transmitting the order form, you are asked to carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions.

By electronically transmitting the order form, you accept unconditionally and you undertake to respect these Terms and Conditions in the relationship with ANTHEM RECORDS. If you disagree with the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of any product on www.anthemrecordsinc.com. By submitting your order form, you confirm to know and accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

VALIDATION

The data recorded by www.anthemrecordsinc.com during the checkout process, constitute proof of all transactions between www.anthemrecordsinc.com and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

Our products are available within the limits of stock availability. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information: name, address and telephone number. Check at time of order, item by item, the number, color, size and price are well taken into account in your purchase order. When a product is no longer available, it appears “Out Of Stock” and therefore it is not possible to order. If you wish to know when a product is back in stock, please use the “wishlist” feature.

DELIVERY

The products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated during the ordering process. We make our best for the delivery to occur within a period of less than 21 days. In case of difficulties, we’ll get in touch via email. Shipping fees are automatically calculated into your cart when finalizing your order. Customs and other fees in the destination country shall be responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss or damage to the product during transport, the customer must notify the carrier and Anthem Records immediately without delay.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

ANTHEM RECORDS is committed to providing you with quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, ANTHEM RECORDS agrees to exchange it or refund you. Please contact www.anthemrecordsinc.com. The shipping and return will be at your expense. You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return the products. Damaged items, not in its original packaging or incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense in that same condition.

Our site is the subject of a security system. We have adopted the SSL encryption process and have also strengthened the overall process of scrambling and encryption to protect most effectively all sensitive data related to payment.
